Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026. This policy explains what Most Likely To (https://mostlikelyto.net), operated by Birim Web Ajansı, collects and why.

What we collect

• Game data you enter: game title, player names, questions and votes. Names are whatever you type; we ask you to use first names or nicknames only.
• Technical data: a hashed (one-way, non-reversible) version of the IP address of each vote, used only to detect abuse. Standard server logs are kept for up to 30 days.
• Local storage: your browser remembers which games you created or voted in so you are not asked twice. This never leaves your device.

We do not ask for email addresses, phone numbers or accounts.

Who can see what

Anyone with a game link can see the game title, player names, questions, the list of voter names and the vote totals per question. Nobody, including us in normal operation, displays who voted for whom. Game pages are marked so that search engines do not index them.

Retention

Games are kept for at least 60 days after the last vote and may be deleted afterwards. You can ask us to delete a game at any time by emailing the link to aydin@birimajans.com.

Cookies and advertising

We use Google AdSense to show ads on content pages. Google and its partners may use cookies to personalise ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out at Google Ads Settings. Visitors in the EU/UK are shown a consent dialog before any advertising cookies are set. We may use Google Analytics to understand which pages are popular; the data is aggregated.

Children

The site is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has entered personal information, contact us and we will remove it.

Your rights

Under GDPR, CCPA and similar laws you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of data about you. Because we do not hold accounts, the practical way to do this is to send us the game link. We respond within 30 days.
